Our Mission

 Diana is the Founder of N.A.T.E. and has lived in Howard County for over 30 years. Driven by a passion for equity and community advocacy, she established N.A.T.E. to uplift tenant voices and address housing instability at both the local and systemic levels.

Sonia is the Executive Director of N.A.T.E. and has also been a resident of Howard County for 30 years. With deep roots in the community, she is committed to empowering tenants, advancing housing justice, and building stronger, healthier communities across the county.
